What happens after my 14-day trial?
You’ll be invited to add a payment method. If you don’t, your account is paused — no automatic charge, no data loss for 30 days.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Where is my data hosted?
All customer data is hosted in the European Union (Amsterdam, Netherlands). Our non-EU sub-processors — Anthropic and Cloudflare (United States) — are used for AI generation and transactional email under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Do you offer refunds?
Yearly plans are refundable pro rata within 30 days.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards and SEPA Direct Debit via Stripe. Enterprise plans support bank transfer on invoice.
Is the Compliance Snapshot free?
Yes — the Compliance Snapshot is completely free. No subscription and no card required.
Do you offer discounts?
Yearly billing is 17% cheaper than monthly. We also offer non-profit and startup discounts on request.
Where can I find your DPA?
Our DPA is available on request — see /legal/dpa for the template.
Can I get a custom contract or invoicing?
Yes — Enterprise plans include custom MSAs, bank transfer on invoice, and dedicated onboarding.
Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?
Yes — OIDC single sign-on is included on Scale and Enterprise plans. Setup is self-serve: verify your domain via a DNS record, connect your identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google…), and users are provisioned automatically on first login. SAML is available on request.
Can SetAIComply collect compliance evidence automatically?
Yes — from the Growth plan, integrations harvest evidence for you: MLflow model cards and GitHub Actions or GitLab CI runs are attached as Article 11 / Annex IV technical-documentation evidence, and completed bias tests attach Article 10 evidence on Scale. Everything arrives as pending for your team's review.
